Duration: 60 minutes

Location: Online

Fee: Available on request

I offer online therapy for creative people, providing a flexible and accessible way to talk things through, wherever you’re based.

Whether you’re working from home, travelling, or managing a busy or unpredictable schedule, online sessions allow you to access support in a way that fits around your life.

Online therapy offers the same thoughtful, person-centred approach as face-to-face sessions.

We meet via secure video, creating a space where you can speak openly about whatever is on your mind — whether that’s something specific or a more general sense that things don’t feel quite right.

You don’t need to have everything worked out before you begin. We can start wherever you are.

Why choose online therapy?

Online therapy offers a different kind of flexibility, which can be especially helpful for people working in creative fields.

It can allow you to:

  • Access therapy from wherever you are in the UK or internationally
  • Fit sessions around freelance or irregular schedules
  • Continue sessions while travelling or between locations
  • Work from a space where you feel comfortable

For many people, this flexibility makes it easier to begin — and to continue — therapy.

How online sessions work:

Sessions take place via secure video.

All you need is:

  • A stable internet connection
  • A private, quiet space
  • A device with a camera and microphone

We’ll agree a regular time to meet, just as we would for face-to-face sessions.

Other ways to work together:

If you’d prefer to meet in person, I also offer – Face-to-face therapy in Cornwall
In-person sessions in a calm, confidential setting.

Getting started:

I offer a free introductory conversation so we can see whether working together feels like a good fit.

There’s no obligation — just an opportunity to talk things through and ask any questions you may have.
